7. Filling the centrifuge tubes incompletely

This is also a common mistake when some researchers keep the tube for centrifuging without filling it completely that results in collapsing of the tubes.

8. Balancing the centrifuge tubes by eyes instead of balance

While superspeed centrifuge, out of hurry some researchers weigh the centrifuge tubes in their eyes instead of using a balance. For this the centrifuge is not balanced accurately, then the major problem can happen.

9. Backward running of electrophoresis

This one is a major mistake that is done while running western blots- when by mistake the connector cables are inverted on the power supply and electrophoresis is run in reverse direction. This will result in the loss of samples.
