Substrate Specificity Screening by Recombinant Fusion Protein and Fluorescent Protease Assay

In the complete process, there were some interesting findings like the denatured proteins can be renatured after SDS-PAGE but with slight difference in renaturing abilities. And further documentation of the substrates and cleavage products were made by in-gel UV detection.
