A molecular biologist is a scientist responsible for designing and conducting experiments and researching various biological samples at the cellular and molecular levels. It helps in getting a solid understanding of cell structures and behaviors, which aids in the progression of drug development and agriculture.

Molecular biologists work very hard to find specified patterns in biological things and then attempt to replicate their findings in different experiments to formulate biological hypotheses and theories. During the research, those molecular biology experts try to isolate, purify and then separately explore a specific component of a cell-like specific protein, DNA fragment or specific signaling molecule, which facilitates them in understanding its function and then incorporating it into a complicated picture of cellular function.
