GOP Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, proposed regulation on Tuesday that would ban abortion cross country after 15 weeks of pregnancy, embracing more serious limitations on the strategy similarly as Democrats try to lift the issue of early termination privileges ahead of November's decisions.

As per the polls published in Reuters, 63% of respondents said they were less inclined to back candidates who support laws that ban or restrict termination.
