What are the Educational Qualification(s) for Project Associate?
Masters’ degree in Natural Sciences or Agricultural Sciences / MVSc or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent with minimum 60% marks.
What is the Age Limit for this post?
Maximum 35 years (as on the last date of receipt of application)
Monthly Compensation:
(i) Rs. 31,000/- + 16% HRA pm for those who have qualified any of the national level examinations conducted by central government departments and their agencies and institutions (CSIR-UGC-NET, GATE, JGEEBILS, DBT / ICMR-JRF or similar).
(ii) Rs. 25,000/- + 16% HRA pm for those who do not fall under (i) above. No other allowances are applicable.
What is the Experience Required for this Job?
Experience in Neuronal Cell culture methods, RNAi methods in neuron, Cloning in lentiviral or adenoviral vectors or next generation sequencing data analysis.
General Information:
Project Investigator : Prof. Sourav Banerjee, Scientist VI, NBRC
Tenure : The tenure will be for a period upto 27.02.2024. The post is co-terminus with the project.
Accommodation : Accommodation may be provided as per rules of NBRC, subject to availability.

- No TA/DA will be payable to the candidates for attending the interview
