Title of the project:

Development of regenerative nanofibrous bioactive conduit for treatment of spinal cord injury.

Duration:

Three years. The post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.

What are the Educational Qualification(s) for Project Research Scientist?

(1) First-class postgraduate degree including the integrated PG degree. (2) Second-class postgraduate degree, including the integrated PG degree with Ph.D. (3). For Engineering/IT/CS-First class graduate degree of four years.

First class degree in M.Pharm / M. S. (Pharm.) / M.Tech (Pharm) / M.Tech in Pharmacology/ Biotechnology / Pharmaceutics with GATE/GPAT/CSIR-NET or equivalent qualifications.

What is the Age Limit for this post?

35 Years (relaxable for SC/ST/Physically Handicapped/Female candidates as per the GOI norms). All things being equal, SC/ST candidates will be preferred as per GOI rules. Candidates with experience in animal handling, pharmacological models and molecular biology techniques would be preferred

Monthly Compensation:

Rs. 56,000 + HRA (16%) per month

What is the Experience Required for this Job?

The candidates should have a basic degree in pharmacy/pharmaceutical engineering/pharmaceutical sciences (B. Pharm/B.Tech). Candidates with experience in animal handling, pharmacological models and molecular biology techniques would be preferred.

The PI has the discretion to restrict the number of candidates to be called for an interview to a reasonable limit based on qualifications and experience higher than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement.
