Eligible candidates are invited to attend WALK-IN TEST and WALK-IN-INTERVIEW (as the case may be) on dates mentioned below for the following posts on purely contractual basis in the extramural research project “Effect of exercise and Yoga program on renin- angiotensin mechanism in cardiac autonomic neuropathy in Diabetes mellitus patients”funded by department of Health Research under grant in aid scheme under Dr. Sandip Meghnad Hulke, Principal Investigator, Additional Professor, Physiology Department, AIIMS, Bhopal.

What are the Key Responsibilities?
- To help Principal investigator in conducting the project smoothly in form data collection, compilation, report writing etc.
- Should conduct fitness assessment of participants.
- Guide support staff for lab investigation, exercise program and yoga program
- Should establish rapport with patients
What are the Educational Qualification(s) for Project associate?
- Master’s degree in Physiology / Biochemistry / Pharmacology / Physiotherapy / Physical education / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Master of science in Yoga / Masters in exercise Physiology
- No qualification should be distance / online mode
What is the Age Limit for this post?
Below 30 years (as on the date of exam/ Interview). Age relaxation is admissible as per Govt. of India rules. Age concession to the extent of services rendered in the in the research projects will also be admissible for experienced and skilled persons.
Monthly Compensation:
Rs 31000 + 18% HRA
What is the Experience Required for this Job?
• One year hands on experience in field of Exercise Physiology / Fitness medicine/biochemistry
• One publication in indexed journal

General terms and conditions
- It is candidates’ responsibility to ascertain and ensure their eligibility as per the prescribed qualification and experience. Any misinformation detected at any stage will make the candidate liable for legal action. Permission to appear in the selection process does not approve the eligibility of the candidate. Even after qualifying the selection process the candidate may be rendered disqualified at the time of document verification if he/ she do not fulfil essential eligibility criteria.
- Tenure: The assignment will be governed as per the rules / instructions received from the DHR / competent authority from time to time. This appointment will not vest any right to claim by the candidate for regular appointment or permanent absorption in AIIMS Bhopal or D H R or for continued contractual appointment.
- Expiry of Contract: The contractual appointment can be terminated at any time by either side by giving 30 days’ notice or salary in lieu thereof.
- Leave: The leave entitlement of the appointee shall be governed in terms of the DHR leave policy governing extramural research projects as amended from time to time.
- Accommodation: No hostel or any other accommodation will be provided by the Institute / Principal Investigator.
- The candidate who is already in government service shall submit ‘No Objection Certificate” from the present employer at the time of walk-in-Interview
- The prescribed qualification is minimum and mere possessing the same does not entitle anycandidate for selection.
- The candidate applying in response to his advertisement should satisfy themselves regarding their eligibility in all respects.
- No travelling or other allowances will be paid to the candidate for appearing in written examination or for joining the post.
- Canvassing of any kind will lead to disqualification.
- He / She is expected to conform to the rules of conduct and discipline as applicable to the institute employees.
- The decision of the competent authority regarding the selection of the candidate will be final and no representation will be entertained in this regard. No claim regarding eligibility will be entertained.
- The candidate should not have been convicted by any Court of Law.
- In case any information given or declaration by the candidate is found to be false of if the candidate has wilfully suppressed any material information relevant to his appointment, he/she will be liable to be removed from the service and any action taken as deemed fit by the appointing authority.
- The Competent Authority reserves the right of any amendment, cancellation and changes to this advertisement as a whole or in part without assigning any reason or giving notice.

Syllabus of MCQ test- General knowledge and aptitude, Physiology of exercise and Yoga, Cardiorespiratory Physiology, Autonomic function Physiology, Autonomic function assessment, Biochemical techniques- ELISA, Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, Research Methodology including basic biostatistics
