What are the Key Responsibilities?
– Keep Laboratory supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
– Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and repair sophisticated equipment and instruments.
– Ensure the preparation of reagents and buffer solutions for experiments and monitor the processes.
– Assist the Biochemical/Molecular biology experiments with accuracy and precision.
– Must carefully monitor experiments and processes to note any unusual or unexpected results observed during an experiment.
– Keep complete records of their work, including conditions, procedures and maintain daily logs.
– Keeping the laboratory neat and clean and sterilizing all work surfaces and equipment.
– Enhance laboratory and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
– Prepare and maintain accurate laboratory records.
