What are the Key Responsibilities?
- Managing lab orders (preparing indents, follow up with the vendors, obtaining quotes)
- General laboratory works and its management.
- Preparing and autoclaving buffers/ reagents for the lab common use.
- Collection of samples from hospitals.
- Routine technical support to PhD students
- Handling of day-to-day activities in the Animal house of the institute.
What are the Educational Qualification(s) for Laboratory Technician position(s)?
B.Sc. in any branch of Life Science. Candidates having one year certificate course in DMLT and 01 year of working experience in any Biological research laboratory will be preferred.

- Selected candidates will be hired through the Institute’s manpower outsourcing agency under skilled category and will be paid as per the minimum wages rules laid down by the Ministry of Labour, Govt. of India.

- Selection will be carried out through application screening, followed by an interview process.
- The list of shortlisted candidates’ names and the date of interview will be published on the ILS website.
