What are the Key Responsibilities?
- Cyanobacterial genetic engineering for production of important platform chemicals and biofuels.
- Optimization of process parameters for large scale production of important chemicals from cyanobacteria.
- Assistance report writing and communication with the funding agency.

PhD in Life Sciences, Biotechnology and allied fields

35 Years
Monthly Compensation:
Rs.56000/- p.m. + HRA
What is the Experience Required for this Job?
Minimum 2 years of post-doctoral experience from a reputed national or international institute/university.
What are the Preferred Skills required for this Job/Position?
- Proven track record of research work published in peer-reviewed journals
- Demonstrated experience of handling various cyanobacterial systems and their engineering
- Experience in Bioinformatics tools for data analysis and implementation.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Good academic record and credentials
General Information
The position is temporary for a period of 1 year and tenable only for the duration of the project.
The appointment is for time bound project and the candidate is required to work mainly for the successful completion of the project. The selection committee may offer lower or higher designation and lower or higher salary depending upon the experience and performance of the candidate in the
interview.
